Swimming

For most mornings we have the choice of doing fitness or swimming. This week I have chosen swimming. We have been focusing on the three main strokes, Breaststroke, Backstroke and Freestyle. When we were swimming freestyle we made sure that when we looked up to breathe that our ears were rested on our shoulders and that for each stroke we brushed our arms against our ears. For backstroke we had to brush our arms against our ears and have windmills arms ( arms that don't stop ) and for breaststroke we made sure that our arms weren't` doing big strokes that passed our hips but small strokes that stayed in front of us.
