Ingredients
Baguette (french stick)
Ham
Relish
Cheese
Any other fillings

Instructions:
1.Turn the oven to 180 bake.

2. Cut the baguette into quarters then cut open the quarters.
3.Put the relish into the bun then add the ham, cheese and any fillings of your choice.
4.Wrap the filled baguettes in tin foil
5.Put the baguettes in the oven and take them out when they are golden and crunchy.

Hi Isla, yummmo, did you make those? This made me think of a fabulous memory, I actually tasted a genuine Croque Monsieur when I went on a holiday to France many years ago. It was delicious. I bet you and your family have been doing lots of delicious cooking and baking.
