Y8 Formal

 Last Tuesday we had our year eight formal dinner. Poppy, Lily, Skye, Meg, Kiwa and I went to Poppy's house once we were dressed and ready for snacks and refreshments. We took lots of photos at Poppy's house and once we were done we left to go to the school hall ( which was where we had to have the dinner because of covid). The theme for the decorations was black and white. We listened to music. talked and danced for the first hour and then it was dinner. The food was really fancy but I ended up only eating a bit of chicken and some scrolls, for dessert we had lots of cake and ice cream. After dinner was Karaoke, more singing and dancing and limbo. We took more photos in the photo booth and some out of the photo booth, the night was really fun.

Rumbustification Day

 Last Friday we had rumbustification day. Which is a day where there are lots of activities to do and we get to hang out with our friends. The thing I liked doing the most was playing volleyball. Two of my friends Kiwa and Skye performed in the talent quest. They sang and danced to Good For You by Olivia Rodregiuz. Friday was so much fun!

Maths

 In maths we have been drawing with a compass, we had instructions on how to draw a flower and overlapping circles. I didn't get it first but when Nogo showed me how I understood it and eventually got the hand of it. It was cool to see how a shape could be made by basically connecting the dots.

How do I show my art as belonging?

For art I am doing Tangaroa - I have drawn some animals from the ocean and next I hope to draw some beach scenes, I also want to draw something that includes the god Tangaroa to show that my work really has something to do with Tangaroa.

Tangaroa comes into my life as belonging because I feel like I belong in Tangaroa, I also go to the beach a lot and I love being in the water ( and Tangaroa is the god of the sea and fish) I have done 6 drawings in total and I am going to put them on a board.

Junior Athletics Help

 Yesterday I was chosen to help with the junior athletics. I was paired with Kiwa and Lucy and we were given the Yellow group. There were about twenty - five year twos and threes in our group. We started of with the four hundred metres, the challenge was to beat me in the race. A few of the juniors were very close to doing that. We then had all of the other activities. Some of the juniors misbehaved at points but we managed to keep then under control. Overall it was a very fun experience and I hope I get to do more things like this.

Space inquiry

The problem for inquiry is that earth is dying from climate change and we need to  move to another planet, we have researched about living on the moon titan, it has almost the same atmosphere as the earth but it has freezing temperatures so we have made space suits that are suitable for living on titan, the suits have internal heating and bullet proof space bubbles for our heads and safety equipment.

The update is that we have fully designed the suits and we have videoed the ad to entice astronauts to use ours suits on the planet titan. We just have to edit the video now.

The planet titan is minus 197 degrees Celsius and Titan has 14% of the earths gravity. 

Space suits

The problem we are trying to solve is what we can wear to make the moon Titan habitable. We are solving this by Making space suits that have.....

Clear plastic space bubbles going over the front of our faces and wigs to protect our heads and eyelashes to protect our eyes from all the gasses around us. It keeps you very warm for this freezing planet with its heaters built into its pockets and sides. The head part of the helmet has a breathing device that allows you to breathe normally with no troubles.
This planet has no sun so we will build a globe around each of the cities that has 10000000000000000000000 lights around it that have automatic switches that turn the lights of and on, with a dim.

We are doing an add for the end project. This is the script we are using.

Kiwa- Hello and welcome to our space rocket!

Lily-We are going to live on the planet Titan, which has freezing temperatures 

*Meg and Isla walk on wearing the space suits and do a catwalk*

Meg - Have you always wanted to be an astronaut? Well, we have always wanted to provide space suits to fit the needs of living on the moon Titan.k

Isla  - here are the space suits, on the back you will see that there are breathing tubes, they are very thin, so they weigh nearly nothing, and they have filters that turn the air into air that is safe and breathable. 

Skye - The wigs are bob cuts and they have heating for the head and face, there are also crystal clear, bulletproof space bubbles that keep the air filtering in and out. Thick eyelashes keep dust and space particles from hurting your eyes, they also increase your eyesight so that your vision is not impaired when most needed. 

Kiwa - The pockets all over the suit have internal heating. They also have safety equipment for whatever situation you come across. The boots have remote controlled weights so that you don’t float into the sky. They also have temperature controlled leg warmers that are set to your desired temperature. 

Poppy - from the underarms to the waist is a comfortable metal corset, protecting you from sudden impacts and bullets that could crush your heart and organs.

Meg - The whole suit is bullet proof, with shoulder pads that protect your shoulders and also have equipment stored in them.

For Maori Language week, groups of people all across NZ signed up to be a part of NZ Maori week, using one minute of their time to say Kia Kaha, korero Maori. I think we were trying to break world record.

 

My Pet Alien - Edited

This is the edited version of My Pet Alien. I put some more similes in the story and I corrected the grammar and made it more interesting.

 She is snuggled up under my blankets. Her snoring is quiet and reassuring. Her soft hand reaches and grabs onto mine. Spock can’t be found. She is so special, if the government found out about her I would be in so much trouble. I grab a bottle of warm milk from my bedside table and put it into her puckered lips. Her Pale brown skin shimmers under my dim bedroom light. 

I had never believed in life outside earth, but as soon as my eyes met with hers, my whole mind changed. Maybe it could be possible. I start running through possible planets they could live on. Spock could have come from an undiscovered planet. My mind whirls at all the possibilities.

Spock snuggles up against me. Full from her feed, her tummy rumbles.

When I wake up, the warm patch where Spock should be is empty. No. Mum cannot find out about her. I sit up to see my closet with all of its contents strewn across the floor. I start to swear and I run into the kitchen, to see Spock with a banana peel over his head and banana mushed into her face. I laugh and scoop her up. I grab a tissue, wipe her face and then put her into my school bag. 

“ Spock you are so messy” I grab my bike and start pedalling to the lake. Spock climbs out of my bag and hops down on to the UFO ruins. She looks heart broken. Who knew that aliens had emotions. I really want Spock to go home, but deep in my heart I know that I really want Spock to stay with, she has filled a hole in my heart, like a piece of cake filling your hunger. When I pick Spock back up, she has turned colder than an ice cube. 

“ Spock what's wrong” She groans and rolls over in my arms, her usually vibrant yellow coat has turned a sickly green. I take in a breath and hop onto my bike.

2 WEEKS LATER

Spock is home. I know it was for the best. NASA blasted her off into space with a beacon attached to a collar. I made a scientific discovery, a discovery close to me. I see her mingle with the other aliens. She is happier now. 

The vet told me she was intacking to much oxygen, her planet has none. Her body was inflating from the oxygen. I wasn’t helping her, I was endangering her.

Writing - And then they arrived

This is my draft writing for the story topic - and then they arrived

And then they arrived, they came in groups of 12 hoarding guns and weapons of war. Their skin pierced my eyes, shocking yellow. The colour of a fluro jacket. Eugh. I raise my chair to cover my vulnerable parts. I told them not to invade. That earth was too complicated and futuristic for them. But still.

My hands are sweating and the chair is sliding down further. My face is showing, a perfect target for one of their extra terrestrial weapons.

“ please Khaleesi. Dont hurt anyone” She snarls at me and walks outside.

I hear a massive bang and the hosue next door tumbles down.

                                  3 Weeks Later

The world is in destruction mode, the supermarkets have sold out and people are locked up inside their homes. All because of me. I let the aliens come here. It was my fault.

 For space inquiry I am working with Poppy, Skye, Meg, Lily and Kiwa. We are separating our group so that Poppy, Skye and I are working on what planet we can go to and what the food will be like. The others are doing a space suits.

I take the shimmering blue crystal, it flashes in front of my eyes, I step back, in a moment of shock. I feel my upper body twisting to the back and I see a contorted body shape, with peculiarly big eyes and a wide grin - creepy - I open my mouth to speak, but all that comes out is a strangled cry. I grab my throat to feel nothing but air. My neck has gone, I look into the reflection on my watch to see that my head is the only thing there. I gasp and fall back, the world blacking out around me.

The animal crossing

Today I wrote a story based on the prompt - the animal crossing.

Animals poured onto the road, like a flood of water pouring into a pool. The noise was excruciating for my ears, trunks blowing, lions roaring and duck quacking. They seemed to stick to their groups, African animals, farm animals and other animals. People were tooting their horns and police officers surrounded the chaos, their guns and shields held high. And then, like someone pushed the pause button, they froze, not even a blink of an eye. It all went silent.

The elephant blew its trunk and they ran, they ran like something was about to eat them for dinner. But thats the ironic part, there was something trying to kill them. A massive dinosaur looking animal was chasing after them, they had disappeared off the zebra crossing and they were heading for the park.I turned on my ignition and backed up ramming into other cars. I had no clue what to do.

 Today I made a paper mars helicopter, the first one didn't work ( because the  blades were too skinny and the body was small) The second one worked better because all the pieces of the helicopter were a similar size so it balanced easier.

Lockdown Fun

 As optional work, I got someone to put three items in a bag, I couldn't looks at thrm and I had to try guess what those items were, the first time I got all the items correct, the items were... A shell, a bike lights and a clove of garlic.

The second time I got two items correct, the items were ..... a mini beater ( I got this one wrong) , a bath plug and a comb.

The third time I got all the items correct ( but I pulled out the first item before I said it), the items were.... A zip tie, a piece of toilet paper ( not used) and a watch charger.

This was a really fun thing to do and it put my mind to the test.... See how many items you can get correct

The second thing I did for optional work was I did some tenpin bowling... this included ten drink bottles and a muscle ball. I ended up only knocking down 7 drink bottles, but that wasa first try and some of the drink bottles were metal ( one was metal and had water in it) so they were harder to knock over....

Is it worth

 Is it worth it??

Is it worth it to build a space station on the moon or mars, moon - yes - mars - no. I don’t think it is worth spending money building a space station on mars when we don’t have enough information about what could happen on mars. A disaterous storm could come and destroy the million dollar space station for all we know. I think it is better trying our luck with the moon, we have had many expeditions to the moon and we know a lot about it’s atmosphere and climate. We are well prepared for the moon, not mars.

I think that building a space station on the moon could give us easier access to more information about our universe, and even things that could help us travel to mars, or even other planets. I think that it is a great idea, but NASA, would have to be prepared for the worst, because we still don’t have as much information as we would like on things in our universe.

 In french I chose to make flash cards to share m,y learning with other people,I made around 30 with all different basic words, such as hello and goodbye

Tech

 Today at tech I had sewing, We are making bags with environmental messages, my message is to stops ice caps and ice bergs melting and to save to polar bears. On the bag I am drawing a polar bear with Ice bergs inside it. I think that it looks really cool. In robotics we ar making a 'rover that will go to mars' today we were just trying it out, so there lots of things we had to correct.

Science - Solar systems

Today In science I learnt that Jupiter is a 317 times bigger then earth. We used play dough to make sculptures of all the planets. the size difference is huge. We also learnt the placing of all the planets between the Sun and Pluto. The order is...

 Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune.

We were given a piece of paper and folded it in half, the planet directly in the middle is Uranus and closest to the sun is Mercury. Mercury is uninhabitable because it is too close to the sun, Neptune is uninhabitable because it is too far away and it is too cold.

 In science today we made sun dials. From the positioning of the sun you can see what time of day it is. It only has from 5am to 7pm because there is no sun at night time

My feet zoom along the court, defending and passing. I hear people calling my name, yes, I’m doing so great. The coach blows the whistle, “Kaia, you need to focus”. 

“ Yes miss” I need to get my head in the game.

I run back onto the court and take my place, Wing Attack or WA. Miss Olivia says that this is a very crucial position to play. As the whistle blows, I start up my plan run, get the ball and pass it to the center circle, easy. Maybe not but… thats fine. I get the and my feet slip out from underneath me. I land smack bang on my face in a pile of dog poop. Great.

In our literacy groups this term we have been doing science. Each literacy group has something different to do, but all of the topics are based on space.  Our literacy group is doing how earth's day and nights are occurred. From our research I have found out this... 

Earths day and nights occur from the positioning of the sun on earth. The earth rotates anti - clockwise on it's axis, as it orbits the sun. At midnight, one side of the earth is covered in darkness because the sun is positioned on the opposite side of the earth, because that side of the earth is in the direct view of the sun. At 6pm and 6am, there is only a little bit of light because the sun is not pointing directly at it. The earth takes 24 hours to rotate in a full 360 degree circle. 

 

French

 In french I have been learning many things about everyday life conversation. These are some things I have learnt to say - How are you, see you soon and many more things that ar used in conversation,=. The hardest thing I can say now is....

Tech

 Today at tech I helped people finish off their designs for the photo frame because I have already completed my frame. My main frame is shaped as a wave and my small frame is shaped as a whales tail. In cooking we made pizzas and I put on cheese, salami, pineapple, spinach and onion, our oven wasn't on high enough ( I think someone bumped it)  so the pizza was a little under cooked. It was still very scrumptious.

Cross Country Canterbury Champs

 Yesterday I got the honor of competing in the cross country Canterbury Champs. The grounds were muddy and the sky was threatening to rain. There were around 180 people in my year 8 girls race, we lined up in shoots with our school name on them, except the shoot I lined up in was for the eastern zone. I had a nice conversation with the people in my shoot, but when the gun went off for the start of the race, we were still talking. The first lab was very crowded, because we hadn't yet spread out. The second and third laps were merged together, and there were multiple muddy hills that lots of people slipped over on. The end of the race was uphill and it was so painful. Our numbers had trackers on them, which beeped when you went over the finish line. I ended up coming out 95th of 190!!

My French Goal

 My goal for learning french is to be able to respond to simple questions - for example, how old are you, where do you live, who is your friend. I am going to show my learning by making a GIF that shows all the things I have learnt to say. I have learnt how to say thank you very much which is merci beaucoup.

       The Father told the kids that they were to come to the woods with him to get some wood.

They had no assistance.

         They left into the woods - Gretel Had a hunk of bread that they tore pieces from and put onto their path behind them so they wouldn’t get lost. 

• Trials

        They Get lost in the forest because the breadcrumbs got eaten. They start to wander off and then they find a house made of candy.

The witch who lives inside invites them in. She puts Hansel into a cage and feeds him up so that he can be made into a soup. 

• Crisis

The witch wants to cook the kids in the oven, So When The witch looks into the oven, Gretel pushes her in. The witch is turned into a biscuit. 

• Treasure

       Hansel and Gretel are free and they find lots of money in the witch's house. 

• Result

They can have more food and live better.

• Return

They live happily ever after, the step mom leaves because the children are back. 

• New Life

They don’t have to live in misery and poorness. 

Spencer Park - Walk/ Run .

 Yesterday we were given the opportunity to run or walk from Broad Haven Park to Spencer Park. First we got into cars and we were driven to Broad Haven Park. When we got there, the sky was a foggy grey. Mist was looming in the air. We got a small brief and then we got into our groups. The runners went first and then the run - walkers. We decided that we would run one Kilometre and then walk the next kilometre so that we didn't get too burnt out. I started running with Minttu at the 3 K mark. The forest smelt  like freshly cut grass, it was a nice smell. The ocean was roaring beside us. We made a plan that we would jump each puddle and run down all the hills. Minttu and I found a cute red mushroom on our way there. It looked as if there was a door on it. At the six K mark we could see all of the ocean and the forest. When we got the a clearing in the majestic forest we knew that we were close. It was a big slog, but we made it in the end, even after nearly being lost - the marker was spinning around so we didn't know which way to go! We got helped by a biker who showed us the way. We got photos taken and a sausage sizzle. We were allowed to play on the playground for a while, and then we went home in vans or a car. It was a really fun day and I hope we get another opportunity like that again. 

Cross country zones

On Wednesday I went the the eastern side cross country zones, I competed against 10 different schools that had from one to five year 8 girls. I had to wait until around 1:45 to start my warm up, which was led by a teacher. It involved lots of different stretches and some high knees and slow jogging. When we went to the start line, we got a little bit of a brief. They would usually use a gun to start the race, but they only used some clappers. The first part of the course was reasonably straight and then gradually came to a hill and a U - shaped turn. Then there was a very slippery and muddy part of the run. The hardest was after that which was hill and then a big corner and another hill right after that. We had to do three laps, which was very tiring. I ended up coming third which I am very proud of.

My Goals

 At the start of the year we got given a sheet to write our goals on. These are my goals.

1. leadership roles - I have fulfilled this goal, I ran the junior disco in term two. I have done choice and challenge with the juniors, reading tutors and Jump jam with the juniors. 

2. sporting achievements - I have gone to zones for breaststroke and backstroke. I have gone to zones for Cross country and we haven't done athletics yet. I have also scored a nine point one for the beep test we did with the whole class - which was the highest score - I have done trials for netball and I got into a team. 

3. Improve in schoolwork - I think that I have improved in my literacy and maths because I feel like I have more knowledge in both of the subjects. I also think that I have improved in my spelling because I am learning lots of different spelling rules. 

4. Make more friendships. - I have became friends with lots of other year sevens that have come into my class this year. 

Brainstorm story

In Literacy we wrote a brainstorm for our partner. The partner then had to write a story with all the information that you gave them. This is the story I wrote with the information that Poppy gave me. I really like this story topic so I might add on to this story.

The bars noise is creeping into my brain, I shoot it out, but with the many attempts, it doesn’t happen. I like the feeling of my penknife cold metal pressing against my leg.The flow of people coming in and out of the bar is intense. A man's arm is pressing against my back, I squirm under the awkward pressure. I scan the room, looking for this Richards man. 12 o'clock, the document that Mr Davies gave me said twelve o'clock, Daniel Richards and three of his henchman were coming then. I snap out of my thought as a man sidles up to me, Doing a double take, I nearly throw up. Richards, sitting next to me.

“ Hello lovely, what brings you here at such hours” He says, his voice straining to keep away the harshness of his true killing machine voice away. You I think, but my answer is different.

“ No reason, why” I say sweetly.

“ Just wondering, so, you a local”

“ Nah, I’m just visiting before I have to go for my graduation, whadda bout you”

“ Nothing much, I’m just here for some business”

“ If I told you i would have to kill you” nothing new for you then is it, i try to not say these words. I kind of feel bad for the man, Me, acting all sweet, but really he is my victim.

“ whats your name” he asks me, Think think think. I can’t tell him my real name, who knows what types of sources he has.

“ My name, uh, its um, Emily, Emily Tate” My voice quivers

“ I’m called Danny Rivers” Wow, I think, what a great undercover name.

“ So where are you staying” he asks


don’t want to answer, but his eyes are piercing through my skin, what if I’m his next victim, what if he wants me in the graves, does he do this do everyone he kills, or am i the first one.

“I’m staying at the hotel a couple streets away , you know the one” I hope it is not to obvious, two streets away are where al the hotels are.

“ well, I had better go back to the hotel now, don’t want them to shut me out” I say

“ Do you want me to walk you back to your hotel?” He enquires

“ No thank you, I don’t want to pull you away from your drink” I feel relieved when he turns his back to me, I pick up my satchels, wave a goodbye to him, and start my walk home.


I can’t trust that he isn’t following and my gut instinct takes over me and I peer back, to see a shadow jump into the bushes. I backtrack and peer into the bushes. Daniel Richards pops his head out.

“ Hello danny Rivers” I snarl “ or is it Daniel Richards”

“ Emily, surprise surprise” He glares at me “ or is it Shiloh Winters”

“ SO you knew my real name, but I would prefer if you used the name Emily, It is an insult to hear a killer like you say my name” I shoot my words out to him. I whack my leg out to him, I hit him right in the middle of his guts. He cries out in pain. I grab his hands and cuff him to me.


“ Officer Shiloh, you have done a better job then I expected. You have outdoen yourself, really”

Says my Boss.

“ Thank you, it was nothing.

Te Reo Maori

 In class we have been learning Te reo Maori. I find it good because it means that I don't only have to be communicating in one language.

WHY WE SHOULD LEARN TO SPEAK TE REO 

One of the benefits of learning Te Reo Maori is that it means that you can connect with people that are our ancestors and some of the first people in NZ. It is also means that if you are going to another country and you say you are from New Zealand they will expect that you speak Maori. Te Reo Maori is now being spread around NZ. It is a great language to learn because it is also one of New Zealand's national languages. 

I think that everybody should have to learn Te Reo Maori. 

Colors in Samoan

 Today for Samoan language week and we got given some different choices of what we could learn about. I chose to do colors and days. This is the colors slide show I made.

Brainstorming

 This week for literacy we got given one task for Monday one task for Tuesday and one task for Wednesday,. Before we did the brain storming we had to chose a metaphor to base our piece of writing on.

 Mondays brainstorming task was four columns where we had to write four of the main ideas for the text. I didn't especially enjoy doing this type of brainstorming because i prefer writing as the words come to me instead of planning exactly what is going to happen, I like having a rough idea of what is going to happen. 

Tuesdays task had four columns again, the first column was named ' characters' the second was ' places' the third was ' actions and interaction' and the final was named ' big ideas' I really liked using this brainstorming planner. It kind of set a base structure around my writing, I could really use this type of planning sheet more!!! 

Wednesdays task had four columns that were named ' nouns' 'verbs' ' adjectives' and ' onomatopoeia'. I did not like this way of planning because it didn't set a structure around my writing. 

I definitely prefer using Tuesdays idea of brainstorming. It made writing the story feel a lot easier. 

Division

 Today in maths we not only did a multiplication google form but a division one as well. I got the score of 99 out of one hundred. I got the question 40 divided by 5 wrong. But I know how to work it out now.

Multiplication

 Today in maths we did a Google form on multiplication. I got 99 out of one hundred. I think that is have got the times tables in my mind and I now remember what I got wrong and how to figure it out. I got the question 8 x 7  wrong, but the answer is 56. The green in right and the blue is wrong. 

Quick write

 Great Aunt Emery sits in that chair, the empty one. The story had been told. Passed down for generations. And now its my turn to know. I turn to face Grama Lousie,

“ Em, listen up, It is tradition for her seat to be their your Great Aunt Emery, born in 1940” 

“ really, thats old”

“ shhh. Now, Emery made a habbit for being late. It was her thing. But that was what killed her.” She was only 12, her rabbit was missing and she refused to come and sit for the family photo. The photographer was getting antsy, he was threatening to leave, but he was the only one who would take our photo” 

“ what happened next” I ask

“ Well our ancestors were hated among the village square, we were the outcasts, our clothes were rags and we had to beg for food. Many people would kill us at the chance.”

My Grama pauses and then really enters the moment, “ She ran down the corridor calling out the rabbits name. She looked up to a creaking sound above her, a knife was hanging down. She screamed and her mother came running. The girl pushed her mother back, taking the full blow of the knife into her head. The family came running to see the girl on the floor with warm blood running down her side.” 

“ Gory” I state. I sit up straight and pose for the camera. That same strangled scream that Grama did comes from the hall.

My feet pitter pat across the wooden bridge, my breath hammering through the air. My knees give in like a block of concrete has dropped onto my weak shoulders. I pick up my pace, not wanting the others to pass me, I overtake one runner, then another, then another. 2nd place, not too bad. I run around the playground, adrenaline pumping. Crash, someone falls behind me. My chest feels like it could burst. My feet bring me faster than a cheater, bad idea, I slow down. Bam bam bam, the rhythm of my feet is like a calming medicine to my brain. I can hear someone's exasperated breath behind me

Pink shirt day speech

For pink shirt day me and three other people are doing a speech. We all are doing a little bit of the speech. The first two paragraphs are what I am doing. We are presenting this speech to the years 4 to 6's at our school. The bully free week is the week of Friday the 21st.

Hi My name is Isla and this is Meg, Poppy and Zoey. We are here to talk about pink shirt day. Pink shirt day is about a man who gets bullied for wearing a pink shirt. Bullying because of Colors to genders is something that happens very often, but males and females can wear whatever colors they want. Bullying throughout nz has spread so much. It isn’t OK and it needs to stop.

Bullying can vary from cyber bullying, name calling, rumors and physical fighting
. Bullying isn’t something that happens once, It is something that is repetitive and continues over a long period of time.


If you see someone being bullied you should go and help them and tell the bully to stop Bullying throughout NZ has spread so much. We need to stand together and stop bullying.


Did you know that nearly 1 in 10 people are afraid of being bullied, that's 16% of NZ. NZ is one of the world's worst countries for bullying. 68% of people believe bullying highs in Year 4 to 6.


We need to stop this. Don’t be a Bystander be an up stander.

Maths: Histograms

Today in maths we learnt how to make a histogram, a histogram is like a line graph except there arent any gaps between the data. We then found the median, mode and the range. This is my histogram

?e also learnt how to do a Stem and leaf graph, which is where you line up all your data, with the ones on the right of the line and the tens of the left. It is what you use if you have lots of data.

Te Ao Maori

 In class we have been separating into year groups, In those groups we have been learning how to speak Te Ao Maori. We have been learning the basics such as how to introduce yourself and how to say where are you going, how someone is feeling and how to reply back to people when they say how are you.

Migration Inquiry

For our inquiry we are doing research based on migration. It could be anything from, art, Boats and many more things. I choose to do Animals that were introduced to NZ. We made a big question using the seven sisters - Who, When, Where, Why, How, Which and What - I have decided to present my learning on a google slide because I like using slides.
